Well the Redfish bite has slowed down some here in the Swansboro area but is still pretty consistent. We are still landing good numbers of fish on Fishbites and Gulp baits rigged with weightless hooks. I expect the Redfish bite to pick back up when some more consistent weather patterns arrive. The flounder have started to show up in the backwaters. We have been landing the flounder on striped minnows, new Fishbites, and Gulp baits. We have also started to pick up some good numbers of Spanish just outside the inlets. Summer is here and the fishing is heating up book your charter today!
