Well the last few charters have been pretty good. The Speckled trout are biting really well. We are landing these fish in the backwaters of Swansboro. The Neuse and New Rivers have also been producing some good numbers of fish. We are landing these fish on Strike King Jigheads tipped with soft plastics like Gulps and Strike Kings. These fish are also falling for the Mirrodine by Mirrolure this bait closley resembles a small pogy. The redfish have been of fire in the marshes behind the Islands. Just about all of the shallow bays are holding good numbers of Redfish. These fish are biting Strike Kings Redfish Magic along with the gulps and soft plastics.
